My freezer had stopped working. Two people recommended BK Appliance Repair so I went to their site and filled out the contact form last night. Jason called me first thing this morning and said he'd head this way as soon as he was done with the job he was currently on. He was here within an hour, identified the problem, gave me an estimate and asked if I wanted him to repair it. He completed the repairs in less than an hour. He communicates promptly which is huge in my book! He's very reasonable, does good work, and provides outstanding customer service. I highly recommend!
